Villa is situated on an elevated position with splendid sea views in the charming bay of Ljubljeva just 2km from the little village of Vinisce. The house is just 20 metres from the sea with private access by steps to the rocky beach. A beautiful sea view stretches from the house across the sea. You will find bars and shops in Vinisce as well as several restaurants.

In the charming seaside village of Marina just 10km away, you will find more shops, a daily market, and other restaurants. Only 20 minutes south is the delightful town of Trogir. A short drive north is Primosten set on its own penninsula, and a bit further is the Krka National Park with its fabulous waterfalls.
