This is a delightful stone property sympathetically converted from its former use as a stable to The Manor. Now, one of three terraced cottages, this cottage is conveniently located in the heart of the village, a few minutes’ walk from the pubs, restaurants and shops. A short walk away from the beautiful sandy beach and National Trust headland of Baggy Point, a couple of minutes by car from Saunton Sands, Putsborough and Woolacombe's blue flag beaches. The North Devon surfer's Mecca of Croyde with its family friendly golden shore replete with cafe, shop and showers, offers both surfing and riding schools. The area has spectacular scenery to rival any found within the UK and boasts coastal and inland walks to satisfy walkers of all levels of ability.

Golfing enthusiasts are well catered for with several excellent courses within “driving range”, notably the famous Saunton Sands Club. Other attractions include boat/fishing hire and ferries to Lundy from Ilfracombe, several adventure/theme parks nearby, Watermouth Castle, Arlington Court and a little further The Big Sheep at Abbotsham and The Milky Way at Clovelly.

The cottage has been tastefully updated with contemporary kitchen/dining room and bathroom with two bedrooms of a good size and retains the 'cosy cottage' feel. It is very well equipped with TV, IPod speaker doc, Wi-Fi etc and there it has good mobile coverage! There is a small walled seating area ideal for breakfast and entertaining. Fabulous and easy to manage leaving plenty of time for days on the beach! Explore the magnificent North Devon coast or unspoilt countryside.
