This magnificent 3 bedroom bungalow villa is situated in the hillside village of Peyia, in a quiet cul-de-sac, overlooking stunning views of the coastline stretching from Paphos to Coral Bay.

Tasteful and stylish throughout, the furniture is testament to the owners years of travel throughout Japan, Indonesia and other parts of Asia. The large family room features a dining table which comfortably seats 6. This is open-plan to the kitchen which is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, including dishwasher and microwave. A natural stone archway divides the family room from the living room which is furnished in rich, earthy tones of terracotta, cream and brown and carries ample comfortable sofa seating and SKY Satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player.

The exquisitely furnished double bedroom and one twin bedded room are situated off the lounge area, together with a spacious shower room, which also houses the washing machine. A hallway leads off the dining area to a further twin bedded room, together with a luxurious fully tiled bathroom complete with separate shower cubicle. The double bedroom and the lounge and dining room have patio doors leading directly out to the poolside terrace. All rooms have ceiling fans in addition to air-conditioning units which can be used for either cooling or heating. The owner has also thoughtfully provided a hairdryer and beach towels for guests use.

The large, tempting swimming pool (10m x 5m, with walk-in steps), is surrounded by terraces with sunbeds and a poolside shower, bordered by colourful gardens with bougainvillea, geraniums and fragrant jasmine. Outside, there is a table and chairs for dining outside, set under a shady pergola, and steps lead up to a roof terrace, also furnished with a table, chairs and sunbeds from where fabulous panoramic sea views can be enjoyed. Barbeque supplied.
