Tastefully furnished throughout, this high standard, modern property offers three double bedrooms and a private swimming pool. To the front of the villa is a lawn with mature palm trees and to the rear a small gravelled garden with fruit trees. Throughout the grounds are dotted with colourful terracotta pots and palms.

The ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. There is a TV (local channels only), DVD player, and CD stereo system with surround sound. The kitchen area is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining table seats 8 and there is a breakfast bar with bar stools for less formal dining.

One double bedroom and a shower room are located on the ground floor. Two further double bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the first floor. The villa has air-conditioning throughout, which is included in the price. Outside the 7 metre x 3.5 metre private swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds and a barbecue. Please note: This villa is not available to all single sex groups (i.e. family bookings only).

The villa was lovely and in a perfect location for us, close to shops and restaruants, but nice and quiet. We needed to call out maintenance - as we couldn't open the safe. The guy who came out was great - arrived straight away and was very helpful. The service was brilliant. We also met him again on our last day as we were packing up (sadly) - really helpful and friendly guy. The pool was cleaned regularly. Would be a pleasure to come back to this lovely place - thank you!!!
