The ground floor has a spacious living area featuring Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and a CD player. Patio doors lead directly out to the pool terrace. The fully equipped modern kitchen is fitted with attractive dark wood units and modern stainless steel appliances including an electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a large dining table with seating for 6. A twin bedroom is also located on this floor with an adjacent spacious shower room.

Two further bedrooms are located on the first floor. The large master double bedroom has a fully tiled en-suite bathroom and there is a further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Both of these bedrooms have access to a large upper terrace with table and chairs, from which you can enjoy panoramic sea views. The property has air-conditioning units* throughout, which can be used for cooling or heating. A burglar alarm system is installed.

Outside, the 8m x 4m private swimming pool, with both walk in steps and ladder access, is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. This villa has a heated pool facility (please see below for the supplement payable). Each villa has a small garden and off street parking for 2 cars.

This is the first time we have rented a villa in Paphos, Cyprus, although we have been to Paphos for the last twelve years. From the point of booking to arriving at the villa the service we had was nothing but excellent. The villa itself was perfect. It was spotless and very spacious for the six of us. The pool was cleaned every day. The area was very quiet but only minutes into the centre of Paphos. We encountered no problems but, if we had the owner a very friendly and helpful gentleman, was only a phone call away with help and advice straight away. We are definately on villa holidays from now on and plan to return to the same villa next year.
