This three bedroom townhouse is set in a row of only four privately owned properties, directly in front of the shared swimming pool. Deceptively spacious inside, and furnished in modern and tasteful style, this property offers superior quality accommodation in a great location, just a few minutes walk from all the amenities of Coral Bay. The comfortably furnished lounge/dining room has satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and a dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and ceramic hob. A guest cloakroom is also located on this level. The marble staircase leads up to the three bedrooms. The master double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and two twin bedded rooms and a full family bathroom complete the accommodation. Air-conditioning units* (for cooling or heating) are available in all bedrooms and lounge payable as an optional supplement. Patio doors from the lounge and kitchen lead outside to a private veranda overlooking the swimming pool, furnished with a table and 6 easy chairs. Sunbeds are provided around the communal swimming pool, and there are even changing rooms and showers nearby, all just for the use of residents of these 4 properties.
The accommodation was everything we needed. It was clean and very well equipped, everything about the location and the accommodation ensured a very relaxing holiday was had by all and we would certainly return again to the area but probably look for accommodation with a private pool area rather than shared.

The location is superb for those wishing to be close to all the facilities of the resort. The centre of Coral Bay with it's restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets is just a couple of minutes walk, and the beach can be reached within 10 minutes stroll. This is a great base for a relaxing holiday in comfortable, good value accommodation, with a multitude of facilities close at hand.
