This three bedroom villa with private swiming pool and jacuzzi hot tub is situated on a quiet complex within easy walking distance of all the resorts amenities.

The open plan ground floor features a comfortable living area furnished with a modern L shaped sofa and a leather chaise lounge. Entertainment is provided by the flatscreen TV (local channels) with surround sound, DVD player, Karaoke system complete with microphone and Nintendo Wii games consul. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The solid wood dining table comfortably seats 6. A shower room completes the ground floor accommodation.

A staircase leads to the first floor where all three bedrooms are located, two double bedrooms and a twin bedded room. All three bedrooms have access to the full family bathroom. The master double bedroom and twin bedded room share a sea facing balcony overlooking the front of the villa.

Air conditioning for both cooling and heating is provided in all three bedrooms and the living area. A safety deposit box is available and a baby cot and highchair can be provided on request. A double sofa bed in the living area can accommodate two additional people if required.

Outside the 7m x 4m private swimming pool lies next to a decked area large enough to accommodate sunbeds and umbrellas. For true relaxation at the end of a long day sightseeing slip into the jacuzzi hot tub tucked away at the side of the building. A wooden pergola with built in seating provides welcome shade from the heat of the midday sun or can be used for al fresco dining taking advantage of the barbecue provided. To make this a truly family oriented villa and to ensure that all ages are catered for a small play area with a playhouse and see saw has been set out on astro turf in the corner of the property.

Very nice villa, good location, we walked into Pernera nearly every night where we found some great restaurants and bars. We only went to the beach a couple of times as the kids preferred the pool, but we found Ayia Triada Bay to be a lot quieter than the main strip in Pernera.
