General

2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom + 2 travel cots. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have large fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging and shelf space. The double beds are king size. In the twin room the beds can be pushed together, or one of them can be rolled away underneath the other to provide room for the cot. All the beds are very comfortable with good quality mattresses. Bedside cupboards and a clock/alarm are provided. All sheets, pillowcases & blankets are provided. One of the bedrooms is en-suite & has patio doors onto the verandah.

The large airy lounge diner is air conditioned and has 2 good quality comfortable sofa beds, coffee table, hi-fi unit, dining table and 6 chairs + a high chair. Also TV, DVD, Satellite (with paid for English channels, news, sport, childrens programs, BBC Prime etc.) and CD radio player. There are patio doors that open out onto the verandah.

Modern fitted kitchen complete with full size fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas/electric hob, toaster, electric kettle, iron, ironing board, plus all crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc.

2 Shower Rooms which have a fully enclosed corner shower cubicles, shaving points, mirrors, wcs and washbasins. There is also a hairdryer & an electric hot air styler with many attachments provided for your use. All towels are provided.

There is a nice shady verandah which overlooks the pools and garden, with table and 6 chairs for dining al fresco, patio doors into the lounge. There is a lockable gate across the top of the steps to the verandah. In the garden there is a brick built Turkish style barbecue.

There is a large paved sunbathing area right around the pools, furnished with 6 sunbeds with cushions, and some parasols to provide some welcome shade. The pool itself is provided with underwater lighting for that added ambience in the evening, there are also lights provided in the garden. Beach towels are provided.

"Fantastic villa close to all amenities but also secluded as well. Arrived on 5th Sept for 1 week and the weather was great. The pool was lovely and sunbathing area was a sun trap all day, you could also enjoy the terrace to cool down if it became to hot. Had the barbie going several evenings and excelled, also ate out a few evenings and sampled local turkish cuisine. Having been to other turkish resorts like Bitez, Side, Gumbet and Marmaris we felt that Dalyan topped these and are looking forward to returning in the not to distant future"
