Door to lawned area, from which path (shared with neighbours) to slipway/foreshore; steps up to front door. What a wonderful house, panoramic views, light and airy, it is truly a dream home. We could not have asked for more from a house, light floods through the property with every window offering a different and interesting view of the estuary and of wonderful Salcombe.
