Situated on the South Devon coastal path, the house is a few minutes' walk from the fabulous beaches of Challaborough and Bigbury Bay - home to Burgh Island with its famous Art Deco Hotel and the ancient Pilchard Inn, which is accessible on foot at low tide and reached via the sea tractor when the tide is in. There are breathtaking views everywhere, a treat in store for family groups with sun, sea and sand in abundance.
