The cottage sleeps 10 and is on two floors, comprising 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 ensuite) and two lounges, with the added attraction of an indoor swimming pool for the sole use of those renting the cottage. Great for those chilly days or just for families who wish to spend time together. Situated in a courtyard setting with 2 smaller cottages, there is off-road parking for 3 cars, a garden and patio area outside and plenty of space for all inside.

We had a wonderful holiday at this cottage. It worked really well for us – lots of space with plenty of bathrooms and alternative sitting rooms. A very relaxed and safe environment for the children. The pool, or 'indoor beach', was a huge success. We all loved Hartland – very understated and a well kept secret!
