Recently re-roofed and renovated, the cottage offers spectacular views across the Helford River from the first floor windows in its open plan sitting room/kitchen. Bathroom and bedrooms are downstairs. The cottage benefits from a wood burner on the first floor and underfloor heating (Oct-Easter) on the ground floor.
