In Exmouth, less than 5 minutes’ walk from the excellent beach and 30 yards from the low tide sandy estuary and the marina (shops, cafés), a smart three-storey town house in a very popular area.

Own small, enclosed patio with views over the estuary. From patio, French windows to open-plan, hub-of-the-house fitted kitchen/dining room (washer-drier, microwave, freezer); downstairs loo (washbasin); and bedroom with 3' bunks (limited clothes-hanging space).

Upstairs, smallish living room (TV/DVD, CD player) with comfy seating for 6/7 people, little balcony and big views across the estuary, bathroom (suite plus hand-shower) and a twin bedroom (limited clothes-hanging space). On second floor, two more bedrooms - master double (5’ bed) with en suite power-shower-room (suite) and balcony (views), and another double. Allocated parking space for one car. Good location.

Fantasic views and great weather and comfortable house..... what more could you wish for in February. - Marie & Michael McBride on 27th Feb 2011

We enjoyed a super week in November, a bit cold outside but nice and warm and snug inside. The accommodation was very comfortable, but because it was on three floors we had plenty of exercise up and down the stairs! The house was well equipped and for those who enjoy reading there is a plethora of interesting books. Fantastic views across the estuary. Plenty of opportunities for taking photographs whilst walking on the sands, when the tide is out. The railway station is within easy walking distance and we can recommend the scenic coastal train ride to Paignton. We hope to stay there again sometime. Thank you for everything. - Col & Tree Browne, Bath on 17th Dec 2010

This was our second visit to the property and we found it, just as before, to be well appointed and in a very nice location with fantastic view. We will be going again ! - Mr P. Fox on 27th Sep 2010

Exmouth is a lovely seaside town with all the trappings of a traditional British beach holiday. However, the Shelley Beach area is unknown to most tourists/day-trippers and so has remained pretty much untouched and is always quiet. So, if you are looking for a traditional beach holiday with a main public beach with all the usual facilities or a beach holiday away from the crowds with access to small coves, tidal pools and miles of sand banks at low tide or a bit of both then this property is perfect. And it takes dogs!! Only downside is it's on 3 floors so no good for disabled. Parking space is bonus as you cannot park in Exmouth! - L Hartland on 7th Jun 2010

The property was well presented and access arrangements user friendly. We will certainly be using your services again ! - Peter Fox on 1st Jun 2010
