This harbour side terraced cottage, built in 1985, is part of an architect's complex which has won many awards for design. The interior is decorated and furnished to a high standard, is fully double glazed and carpeted throughout. There is gas central heating with radiators in every room and instant hot water at all times. There is a garage capable of housing a medium sized car in the courtyard and an additional parking space nearby for a small to medium car. The apartment is reached through a wrought iron gate to the right of the garage. At high tide the water laps up to the patio/balcony's edge, offering a unique spot from which you to enjoy the morning sun whilst enjoying your long, langorous breakfast.
