This spacious first floor apartment is situated in a prestigious waterside development on Falmouth Harbour, and is just two minutes walk from Falmouth High Street. It is in a very private and quiet position and all the main rooms have stunning views over the town's beautiful harbour. The small balcony off the sitting room allows guests to sit and watch sailing and fishing boats passing below. This comfortable apartment, built in 1985, is part of an architect's complex which has won many awards for design.

The interior is decorated and furnished to a high standard, is fully double glazed and carpeted throughout. There is gas central heating with radiators in every room and instant hot water at all times. The apartment is reached by a staircase rising from a small attractive courtyard. A covered private parking space is provided and there are two small slipways at the complex where a small dinghy could be launched.
