From the living area large picture windows afford uninterrupted views over the harbour, with sailing yachts and other pleasure boats providing an ever changing scene.

Accessed from the lounge is a small private balcony, on which to sit on balmy summer evenings, with the water lapping the shore directly beneath you. To the side of the apartment is a slipway, where a small dinghy can be launched. Falmouth marina is a 5-minute drive away.
