This ground floor apartment is in a prestigious waterside development and is comfortably furnished and well equipped with gas central heating, double glazing and fitted carpets throughout. From the living area you have uninterrupted views over the harbour, with sailing yachts and other pleasure boats providing an ever changing scene. There is access from the living area to a small private balcony, which has steps down (take care with small children), onto a beach at low tide.
