The villa is on two levels and, due to the positioning of the villa itself, it offers high privacy for sun bathing in the terrace around the swimming pool as well as the large top floor terrace.

On the lower level there is a fully fitted kitchen with all the usual modern appliances. The spacious and well furnished lounge/dining room has a large digital flat screen TV, hi-fi system, wood burning stove and patio doors which open out onto the pool terrace. One of the three bedrooms is located on this floor - a double bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Upstairs, the double main bedroom with digital TV has its own en suite bathroom and the third bedroom - twin bedded - also has an en suite bathroom. Each of these have private terraces with stunning views of the ocean.

Outside the pool measures 6m x 9m and can be heated upon a supplement. There is a separate BBQ for outdoor dining and a large sloping garden with plenty of lawned areas surrounded by mature shrubs. The villa is fully air conditioned and maid service is provided 5 days per week. Linen and towels are included. Towels are changed twice a week and linen once a week.
