The villa is tastefully furnished and sits in a mature garden with a large lawn and trees for shade. The spacious lounge/diner has satellite TV, DVD and VCR and patio doors leading to pool terrace. The modern kitchen in pastel pink complete with marble worktops and a breakfast area is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer with ice maker, oven and hob. A separate utility room houses a washing machine/dryer and a second fridge/freezer. The master bedroom is spacious with twin beds that can be made up into a double, en suite bathroom and patio doors to large terrace.

Three further twin bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms - two with patio doors leading to the garden area. Pool terrace has lots of outdoor furniture. 10m circular pool is ideal for children.
The villa is within 10 minutes walk to the beach and Praca with bars, restaurants and night life. Barringtons Leisure Centre is nearby, as are many championship golf courses and tennis courts. The villa is fully air conditioned, and maid service is provided 5 days per week. Towels and linen are included. Towels changed twice a week and linen changed once a week.
