Bedroom 1
Ocean view, king size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mosquito screens on the side windows, Plasma TV with Dish Network (same as in the living room), DVD and CD player, WIFI, safe. En suite bathroom with rain style shower, 2 wash basins, dressing, separate toilets, hair-dryer, bathrobes, towels and beach towels.

Ocean view, king size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, mosquito screens on the side windows, Plasma TV with Canal Satellite (same as in the living room), DVD and CD player, WIFI, telephone, safe. En suite bathroom with rain style shower, 2 wash basins, dressing, separate toilets, hair-dryer, bathrobes, towels and beach towels. The shower has a shutter wall than be open onto the deck.

Bedroom 3
Small room for the children with a double bed, air-conditioning, WIFI.
Bathroom to be shared with the bedroom 2.

Kitchen
Fully equipped modern kitchen with electric oven and stove, fridge and freezer, dish washer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, blender, wine cave, electric kettle, electric fruit squeezer. Service for 10. Gas BBQ on the back terrace.

Inside dining area with a large wood table with benches for 10 guests. BBQ area on the back terrace deck.
Breakfast table on the covered terrace by the pool.
The living room is nicely furnished with comfortable white fabric sofas, TV with Dish Network and Canal Satellite, hifi with Bose surround system. Electric wind screens (not full shutters) can be pulled down to unable you to benefit from just enough natural breeze and still enjoy the view.
A very nice and private lounge area is available on the back terrace deck protected from the wind and the sun by an electric white shutter.

Swimming pool
Nice heated pool with black tiles, surrounded by a wood deck with modern style lounge chairs. Enjoy the view over the ocean
