Upstairs, living room with extended bay window (window seats) giving 180 degree views (splendid sunsets over the water), 'living flame' electric fire, TV/DVD; another double bedroom looking over garden; bathroom (bath, bath-shower, washbasin); separate loo (washbasin). Tumble drier in garage. Small boat launching facility close by. An immaculate and homely gem.

Yet again cottage from you surpassed expectations. This was a very last minute booking and we thought that we would get the property that no one wanted. Quite the opposite, incredible, the best we have had so far. The area, the cottage, everything wonderful. Cottage immaculate, so clean, beautiful internal decoration and tasteful, comfortable furniture, with the most incredible views of the Fal estuary. Although water taxi to Falmouth a 3 minute stroll, Flushing is enough for walks, views, beach, pub and to keep away from the tourist areas. We love going to new areas, however, we would go back to this cottage and Flushing. - Mrs J Ross
