Fantastic apartment in Gibraltar overlooking the beach. The apartment is road level, no stairs and looks like a detached bungalow from the back, we have no attached neighbours either side, just below.

The Balcony is large and not overlooked. The apartment has wonderful views over looking the beach and the sea. The sea always has many boats moored out at sea, its great to look at them, through the telescope. Look to the left, see Spain!! Look to the right, see Africa!!

The Balcony is decked with comfortable cane furniture, cushions and coffee table, table with four chairs, telescope, BBQ which uses coals, so you can have an easy cooking holiday if required, also has outside lighting. You often see a school of Dolphins or whales go by when you are looking over the balcony. Often you see the police & customs training in the water this is quite a sceptical to see. Christmas Day Santa travels around the island on the Police launch, waving to every body. We have even seen an American submarine rise up from the water in front of the apartment , it was dropping officials off.

The balcony is so private that you can sun yourself all over, no one can see you, except the birds!! The apartment is suitable for all ages, and holiday types, from Honeymooners, those on their second Honeymoon, Families, the Elderly, Friends sharing.

The Apartment has been totally refurbished for your comfort, with modern design features, using cream, brown and turquoise as the accent colours.

The Property has access to the beach from within main building or from the end of the building outside.
