In Gwithian Towans, about 300 yards from the beach and with great sidelong sea views towards Godrevy Lighthouse, is this extremely smart, well-equipped and fantastically light beach house with its own small decked verandah (chairs, shower) to the side and front to take advantage of the fab view.

Inside, excellent and considered. Big open-plan living/dining/kitchen (fridge-freezer) with TV/DVD, glass dining table, comfortable seating and French windows to decking. Two bedrooms – a neat white double with vaulted ceiling, and a good-sized single with big doors so this space can be left open to the living room. Very smart shower-room with washer-drier neatly hidden in a cupboard, and separate loo. No children under 4. A really modern, comfortable beachside home.
