This is a fab newly designed and renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in central Hove minutes walk from the seafront! It certainly is a bit different. Glamorous interiors, and super luxury bathrooms. Additional sleeping accommodation comes in the form of a very funky little beach hut in the beautiful garden (available at an additional cost)! The property sleeps up to 10 guests with a double sofa bed in the lounge and a portable single z-bed, but is ideal for families wanting a seaside break.

This apartment is immaculately presented with little touches such as Tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk always provided as standard together with a selection of cereals for breakfasts. A welcome pack of fresh flowers are always provided for guests together with a bottle of bubbly or some chocolates depending on the type of clients arriving i.e. a family, a stag group or a hen party.

For families, the apartment is very child friendly with bed guard for toddlers, travel cot for babies, a spare pram in the garage, safety plastic covers for plug points and door guards to protect little fingers from slamming doors, toilet seat and potty, booster seat and a high chair on request. Located only a stone's throw from Hove seafront. All male bachelor groups - please make an enquiry to discuss suitability before booking.

For groups over 8 there is a supplement of £200 to use the Beach Hut.

Access Information
There are a few stairs down to the property front door. Once inside, the apartment is all on one level.

Parking Information
This apartment has garage parking for 1 car and off road parking for another inclusive in the price.
NB The garage is a 1950's garage so is not designed for a large modern people carrier!

Good sized living area with beautiful oak flooring, designer steel radiators, comfortable seating and dining for up to 10 guests. There are double doors leading out to the fantastic garden space.

The L-shaped sofa converts to a massive comfy king-size sofa bed allowing this property to sleep up to 10.

A soft and inviting room with double 'zip and link' bed and additional day bed. The en-suite wet room is pure high end luxury, Grohe taps, slate floor tiles with under floor heating. Pretty wallpaper and prints of Old Brighton, a charming room to relax and unwind.
This room can be arranged as 3 single beds, or a double bed with a single bed.

Second Bedroom
A sumptuous double bedroom, beautifully decorated with charming accessories and soft furnishings. There is an additional portable single z-bed for 1 extra guest.

The Beach Hut
This delightful fisherman's hut is a quirky addition to the apartment, an extra bedroom with a comfy double bed, wardrobe, mirror and even a kettle and milk for morning tea in bed! This is available to book at an additional cost of £200.00, please ensure you select from the list of extras on the booking page. The hut is fully equipped for your stay with electrics and underfloor heating to keep you toasty warm on cold evenings.

Bathroom
Luxurious family bathroom with a newly installed shower over the bath. Slate tiles and underfloor heating too!
Cottage style bunting, pictures and soft furnishings make this a uniquely special place to sleep!

Garden
Fab outdoor space for entertaining, great BBQ area for those long summer evenings.
There is a new table and chairs with a parasol for lunchtime dining or simply relax with a glass of wine on the deck chairs and soak up some Brighton rays.

Outstanding!! I rarely use this word... and it really does not fully do justice to this apartment. The thought, care and quality that has gone into the design, facilities and usability are a credit to the owners. I stayed in the apartment with a group of 9, however, the amount of space has to be seen to be believed! The attention to detail is beyond belief. In my working life I am fortunate to stay in some very highly rated hotels and city apartments, this one is up there with the very best. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
