The property is comprised of 3 bedrooms with en suite bathroom (2 on the upper and 1 on the ground level). One has mainly dark, stained wood furnishings, some with thatch work. Another invites Caribbean summer evenings in with soft yellows and pastels.

The living and dining areas and patio open onto well-established, immaculate gardens and a pleasing swimming pool. A separate cottage consisting of a bedroom suite, kitchenette and sofa bed is on the property.

Innissfree's private cabana is ¼ mile away on the exclusive Sandy Lane Property Owner's beach, is also available for use by guests.
