Present day Sumartin was founded as a haven for people from the coast who fled before the Turks. Soon they turned Sumartin into an oasis of peace and prosperity. This holiday house is located in the centre of Sumartin, in the first line of houses next to the seaside. This is a traditional Dalmatian stone house, completely renovated in 2004 The house has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a WC, 1 separate WC, a kitchen / living room, and a large garden with a private swimming pool and 2 parking spaces.
