This is a stunningly restored 200 year old property with magnificant views of the Montgo mountain and national park. Only minutes from the very Spanish village of Jesus Pobre and a 10 minute drive to the glorious beaches of Javea and Denia, this property is truely outstanding. Mature gardens surround the finca making it a private retreat that clients return to year after year.

The finca has been lovingly restored with no expense spared to retain many original features - hand-made terracotta floor tiles, full-length wooden shutters, heavy beamed ceilings, wrought iron balconies and a large stone fireplace. Whilst traditional in feel every modern amenity is provided to ensure total comfort.

A fully fitted large kitchen/dining room can seat 6-8 comfortably. The kitchen includes all modern amenities including fridge-freezer, double-cooker, microwave and dishwasher.Windows and doors open onto a shaded pergola with sofa and further table seating. This area is great for alfresco breakfast and lunches by the pool.

The main lounge has views of the woodland and beyond on three sides. With large comfortable sofas, a wood-burning stove and satellite TV, dvd, sound system - this is an ideal place to relax after a day in the sun or to escape the heat for an afternoon siesta.

A separate, smaller lounge has a large double sofa bed (which can be used to accommodate an extra couple) a stone fireplace and also Spanish tv.

Upstairs all three bedrooms have window balconies with wooden shutters and views onto the gardens. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, hand-painted traditional basin and wc. The second bedroom with a beamed ceiling has full length bunk beds and an extra single sprung bed. The third bedroom has windows over two aspects, one down to the valley, the other onto woodland. It has one. These two bedrooms share the second bathroom comprising a wc, handbasin and large walk-in tiled shower.

Outside there are as many areas to explore as inside the finca. By the pool is a large pergola with sofa seating. To the right of the kitchen and pool is a further patio area with seating. Up on the bancales is an enormous wooden table under an Algaroba tree, which can be lit at night for spectacular outdoor dining. Children will be enchanted by a Winnie-the-Pooh style tree-house, a rope swing and endless places to explore on the property.

A large pool has full width roman steps and is surrounded by terracotta tiles making it perfect for sunbathing in the day whilst there is underwater lighting for those evening swims. Sunloungers, tables and chairs and BBQ facilities are all provided. A gravel driveway can accommodate many cars so that parking is never a problem.
