This is one of Kalymnos' few premier homes available for holiday rental. Built on elevated land it has an exhilarating view of the Aegean sea and imposing Telendos island. The limestone mountains behind the house provide an extraordinary backdrop, privacy and quiet.

The villa is designed in the Hellenic Modern style, a blend of the traditional Greek architecture with Asian and Mid-Century references. A generous living room and kitchen, covered outdoor dining and sitting areas make the ground level the perfect oasis. Two light filled bedrooms, (one queen size and one double) both with private, generous terraces and views across the Aegean are perfect for relaxation, reading or soaking up the sun. The villa has a bathroom with shower upstairs and a powder room (with washing machine) on the ground level.

The property is ideally situated in the climbing belt and is directly located below just several climbing sites and only a short distance to the climbing areas near the villages of Panormos, Skalia and Emborios. It is an ideal option for climbers who wish to have an alternative experience to the pletora of basic studios and hotel rooms. There is a beach and a swimming platform beneath the ruins of Kastelli within walking distance.

The house sits on large and private piece of land with a magnificent, elevated yoga and meditation platform with spell binding views of the Aegean, Telendos and Emborios. Unforgettable and panoramic views, perfect for sunset drinks, can be enjoyed from the villa's roof terrace. This is a true haven on one of Greece's most natural and unpretentious islands.

A week wasn’t long enough. Early mornings on the yoga deck not sure whether to face the incredible mountains or amazing ocean to welcome the day. Breakfast under the pagoda trying to coax ourselves to move only to find another hour had passed. Managed some days to get in the car and explore another of their wonderful recommendations for a secluded beach or local feast. Back to watch the sky change colour as the sun switched out for the moon as we sipped cocktails by the pool. Got up the next day and did it all again. Have already booked for next year.
