This comfortably furnished spacious 2 bedroom apartment enjoys an enviable location, midway between Paphos and Coral Bay and is within easy walking distance of a selection of shops, restaurants and the beach.

The apartment itself is set over one level and features an L shaped open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating including two sofa beds, and is equipped with TV (local channels only), a video recorder and hi-fi system. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The dining area features a dining table and seating for six. A small corridor leads to the two bedrooms, one with 3 single beds and a double bedroom which has an ensuite shower room. There is also a separate full bathroom. The back door leads directly to the shaded private parking area. Both bedrooms and the living area have air conditioning units.

Patio doors from the living area lead to a terrace complete with an outside table and chairs and sunbeds. A small pathway will take you to the large free form swimming pool surrounded by a generous sunbathing terrace, all set within immaculately kept gardens teeming with vibrantly coloured flowers and mature palm trees.
