Also great for a family holiday or a group of friends because each bedroom has en-suite facilities and its own private balcony.

The front door opens into the open-plan kitchen/dining and lounge area on the ground floor. From the living room there are French windows to the shaded balcony which leads to the terrace and swimming pool area. Leading off from the living room are two bedrooms - one twin and one double, each of which have en-suite shower-rooms and private balconies. Steps lead up to the first floor twin bedroom which has a very small en-suite cloakroom and private balcony with lovely views. The house is set in spacious gardens with swimming pool, sun-bathing terraces, BBQ and private parking.

Cosy living room has sofas and an open fire-place. There is a card operated TV with good selection of channels plus DVD and CD player.

The kitchen area has large fridge-freezer. full electric cooker, dish-washer, microwave oven, toaster, sandwich maker, coffe-maker and kettle. Under the stairs the washing machine, ironing board and iron are tucked away. The dining area is situated within the kitchen with table and 6 chairs. Further dining space is on the balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

The master bedroom has a double bed on the ground floor with en-suite shower room and French windows leading out to the private balcony. Ground floor twin bedroom has en-suite shower room and French windows leading to its private balcony. First floor has another twin bedded room with en-suite cloakroom and private balcony.

Each bedroom has en-suite facilities. The shower rooms tend to be fairly small.

Swimming pool is freshwater and measures 8 x 4 metres with Roman steps. There is a brick built BBQ and outside shower.
