Hall with tiled floor; living room with serene, long rural views, tiled floor/rug, woodburner, TV/DVD and big glazed doors to garden and patio (table/chairs); neat fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer) with butler sink, ceramic hob and oak worktops, step down to dining room and back door; three bedrooms – a double and two twin; big roomy shower-room (suite). From the back door, steps up to outhouse (table tennis, washer-drier, freezer). Excellent, comfortable home within walking distance of a quiet beach.
