Three steps lead up to the stable front door which opens to an entrance lobby with coats area. The ground floor consists of a small double bedroom, dressing room and an adjacent bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath.

From the lobby, a rather steep winding staircase leads directly up to an open plan living room with beamed ceilings, natural wood floor and a glimpse of the sea from one window. A fitted kitchen occupies one corner of the room with a rustic dining suite and comfortable lounge seating completes the accommodation. It is possible to very briefly unload outside the property and parking is in the village car park 50 yards away.
