Right in the heart of Cawsand, in its little square, the totally refurbished ground floor of an 18th cent. cottage, all made smart and stylish, within staggering distance of pub and shop and virtually opposite the beach (foot ferry to Plymouth). At the back, a completely enclosed flower-tub filled courtyard (table/chairs) through which friendly owners gain access to their top half of the cottage.

From square, access to small hall; living/dining room with floorboards/rug, TV/DVD and open fire; neat, fitted kitchen (washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer) with back door to courtyard (tumble drier in shed). Two bedrooms – a double with lovely antique brass bed, and a double plus single; bathroom (suite plus bath-shower). One of the few cottages in the village where you can load/unload easily and turn vehicle around. Car park, 100 yards.
