About 150 yards up from the beach at Kingsand, a super, terraced cottage on four storeys: great sea views. Good pub across the little square opposite (excellent crab sandwiches, meals delivered to the cottage by arrangement).

Stable doors to wooden-floored dining room; good, attractive fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave) with exposed stone-work and Belfast sink; stairs up to a twin bedroom and pretty aquamarine bathroom (suite plus bath-shower); more stairs to small living room (woodburner) with brilliant 'right out to sea' view, comfy seating for 4, TV/DVD, books/games; also double bedroom. From ground level, stairs down to another double bedroom and utility room with loo (washbasin), washing machine, tumble drier. Limited free parking in square or public car park, about 200 yards. Sleeps maximum of 6, including babies. Best for children over 4 and pre-crawling babies. Arrival after 4pm.
