This brand new residence is situated in a peaceful and sunny location with wonderful views over Lake Garda. A short stroll will bring you to the lake and promenade of the beautiful town of Malcesine. This residence has a fantastic heated swimming pool and whirlpool, surrounded with deck-chairs and parasols.

Children
Families with children are more than welcome here!. Our younger guests can enjoy the playground furnished with slide and swing, the pool area, the sand-box, and a lot of toys at their disposal. For really small ones, we can provide cot, baby-chair, small tub and bottle-heater (on request).

Suitable for Disabled Guests
This residence provides maximum comfort and safety to guests with special needs: the residence is barrier free and has a wide selection of disabled facilities. Moreover, the residence is only 400m from the renowned orthopaedic traumatoligic hospital of Malcesine, where guests can benefit from the special rehabilitation treatments.

Our apartments are provided with internet access and there are washing and drying facilities at the residence.
