The bungalow - with garden and communal pool views from its private patio receiving the sun from 10.00am until dusk - sleeps up to 4 people in accommodation consisting of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen with dining area, and a bathroom.

The living room has a double pull-out sofa bed, coffee table, cabinet, cupboard and shelving.
The bedroom contains twin beds, a wardrobe and dressing table. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with an electric hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, toaster, and ample cutlery, crockery and glassware.

The bathroom incorporates a walk-in shower. There is satellite TV with a range of entertainment, film and news channels.

A maid service consists of a full clean and preparation of the bungalow together with a weekly supply of fresh bed linen and bathroom, hand and kitchen towels.

Playa Blanca is Lanzarote's most southerly resort. The one-time fishing village is approximately 35 kms. from the island’s capital at Arrecife and less than a 30-minute drive from the airport.

It enjoys stunning views across the Straits of Bocaina to Fuerteventura from its location at the mid-point of a lengthy seafront promenade stretching from Faro Park, through the Punta Limones commerical centre, past the Playa Flamingo, town centre and Playa Dorada beaches, across the upmarket Marina Rubicon, to the collection of sandy coves at Papagayo.

The informal, relaxed atmosphere of the Playa Blanca beaches, restaurants, and shops offering a more tranquil holiday for couples and families contrasts with the other main resorts of Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise.

Lanzarote is the fourth largest and easternmost of the Canary Islands, located in the Atlantic Ocean less than 125 km off the coast of Africa and 1,000 km from the Iberian Peninsula.

The elongated island has an area of 845.9 square kms. The dimensions of the island are 60 km from north to south and 25 km from west to east. There is 213 km of coastline, of which 10 km are sand, 16.5 km are beach, and the remainder are rocky.

It is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve protected site as an island of outstanding contrast with a stark natural beauty. Its dramatic landscape includes the mountain ranges of Famara in the north and Ajaches to the south, with the Timanfaya National Park ("Fire Mountains") more centrally situated.

The island's approach to tourism - with tight building restrictions, low-level developments and a ban on large advertising billboards and overhead cables - coupled with a climate offering year-round sunshine and low rainfall make it an ideal holiday destination.
