This villa is perfectly positioned in a quiet area within easy walking distance of all the resort amenities. You’ll find the restaurants, bars and shops of Puerto del Carmen just a few hundred metres away. One of the best features is the spacious sun terrace which surrounds a large, impressive swimming pool which is electrically heated during winter months.

The villa itself is built in a typical Canarian style, and offers light, airy, and spacious accommodation throughout, fully equipped with a fitted kitchen, CD and DVD players and satellite TV. However, with the fantastic all year round weather you’ll probably want to spend as much time as possible outside, relaxing with a drink and a book on the sun terrace, and enjoying al fresco meals grilled on the built-in barbecue.
