Set in the beautiful area of Tsoukalades, this pretty villa with private pool has stunning views over the nearby Agios Ioanis Cape, and is just a few kilometers from bustling Lefkada Town.

The comfortable living room is decorated in muted tones and enjoys a high, typically Ionian timbered ceiling, great for keeping the room cool. Banquette style seating faces the patio doors that open out to the dining terrace, enabling the stunning coastal views to be enjoyed whether you are indoors or outside.

At the opposite end of the living area the attractive kitchen follows the light wood theme of the room. It is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven and has ample storage and worktop space. The adjacent dining area seats four people with ease.

In reality,'upstairs' is just a few steps away from the living area. Here you will find the spacious master bedroom, the focal point of which is its large iron framed double bed. The room also enjoys French windows through which you will find the pool terrace. The crisp, fresh en suite bathroom has a full sized bath with shower over.

At the other end of the landing is a second bedroom. This time twin bedded, it enjoys similar furnishings and decor to the master bedroom and, again, has access to a sun terrace. This room has an en suite shower room.

The pool and sun large terrace both have fabulous sea views. With relaxing sun loungers and large umbrellas there is plenty of room to chose between topping up that tan or being more cautious and staying in the shade. A handy poolside shower will also help you to cool down!

The shady dining terrace just outside the living area is the perfect place to enjoy a meal at any time. Be it breakfast in the cool of the early morning, a long relaxing lunch or a gourmet evening meal, the lovely views out over the Cape of Agios Ioanis will provide the perfect backdrop.
