On the water's edge, this is the perfect coastal retreat for nature lovers. A granite Cornish hedge separates this spacious holiday home from the RSPB Hayle Estuary Nature Reserve. Sunsets and seascapes that will inspire your artistic and photographic talent. Outstanding far reaching views across the water to Lelant and Hayle Towans from the private rear aspect, you will never tire of the ebb and flow of the Estuary tide with its ever changing colours.

The rear garden is lawned with glorious views over Hayle Estuary which is located just behind cornish granite Hedging. The South West Costal Path runs alongside the Estuary. Just outside the conservatory there is a patio area benefitting from table and chairs with parasol, a barbecue and plenty of extra seating. The driveway to the front has room for three cars.

"We had a lovely time in this property. It was nice to have access to the books, cds, dvds etc although we didn´t use them much. We used the espresso machine and the bread baking machine which were fun. We enjoyed the garden when the weather was nice to sit out and when it was a bit drizzly, we sat in the conservatory bit and enjoyed that. It was all in all a nice space to be in with 6 people, enough space to move around without tripping over each other. We actually did the whole holiday without hiring a car. We flew over from Munich and met up with my sister and her husband and all took the Paddington to Hayle train. We then used either that rail line plus buses or walked around the estuary to Lelant Saltings and took the line to St. Ives. All very do-able and relaxing. Walking to the Hayle beaches was also nice - the King George V walk is very pretty. There are lots of nice back ways to discover on foot - meet the crab fishermen, go and look at the crab and lobster tanks on the port etc. Shame there isn´t a good fish restaurant in Hayle. Walking the coastal path was so nice that even the children found it exciting as it wasn´t all the same. Bird watching was fun. The views from the house were great. We ate out in several places in St. Ives but I wouldn´t say any were really brilliant or worth recommending. We went over to the Lost Gardens of Heligan and enjoyed that very much, also to the Tin mine at Geevor - which is a pretty spectacular vantage point. The people who show you around and chat are all ex-miners and interesting. We did two days on a painting course in the St. Ives school of art - very enjoyable and Life Boat day was a must as the children got to climb on the lifeboat and a seal came around to say hello."

"We had a lovely time in Cornwall and this was a splendid house to stay in. The house was presented beautifully and in immaculate condition. Its location was ideal with easy access to the A30 and local amenities. The view over carnsew pool and the estuary added a sense of tranquility. The park and ride from Lelant to St Ives was very useful and we would highly recommend that instead of driving into St Ives. Eating recomendations were Blas burgerworks, St Ives, Waterfront Fish & Chips, St Ives, Pizza Patio, Hayle, Things to do/Places to visit were Telegraphy Museum, Porthcurno, Minnack Theatre, Porthcurno, Barbara Hepworth Museum, St Ives."

"This was the first time for a very long time that we have taken the self catering option for a holiday and I have to say that this exceeded all expectations. It was a holiday to remember. So much so, that the view from the conservatory is now ‘the wallpaper setting for my mobile phone’. The administration was first class, the venue was first class, the location was ideal, the care and consideration we were given cannot be faulted. "
