This floor is surrounded by terraces with fabulous views of the mountains on one side and the sea on the other, and leads down to the pool area.

The entrance hall of this newly built house leads through into an open plan living/dining room, with large windows looking out to sea and patio doors on the other side which lead onto the verandas and pool area. The living area also has an attractive fire place for use in the cooler months. Just off this area is a modern, well-equipped kitchen and from here there is also access to the pool. This floor also accommodates a large, comfortable twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, with bath. Patio doors open out onto a terrace with sea views. There is also a small cloakroom with wc in the entrance hall.

A staircase takes you up to the second floor where there is a very comfortable twin room with ensuite bathroom. Patio doors again open onto a private veranda with glass paneling where you can fully enjoy superb sea views. This floor also has a master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and an enormous veranda, with glass paneling which looks over the pool and patio area in addition to having some of the most stunning sea views in Corfu.

Another staircase from the main entrance hall leads downstairs to more living space and two more twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a living area. There is also a private entrance to this part of the house. The pool area will ensure you have the most stress free holiday from beginning to end. A covered BBQ is conveniently built to the side of the pool and steps lead up to a spacious veranda where there is a beautiful stone table for dining, relaxing and enjoying your surroundings.

This villa is quietly located but just a stone’s throw from local amenities in either Kassiopi or St. Stefano. The nearest beach at Soukia is a short stroll while the crystal waters of Avlaki beach are just a short drive away. Highly recommended for families or groups of all ages, there is no doubt this house will provide everything required for a truly relaxing holiday.
