This superb villa is set in an elevated position and commands spectacular panoramic views of Kassiopi, the Ionian Sea and the distant mountains of Albania. The sloping driveway up to the house leads onto the ground floor terrace and the main entrance to the side. The ground floor accommodates a very spacious, comfortably furnished living room and dining area, featuring an impressive marble staircase which leads up to the first floor. One area of the living room is attractively set off by a fireplace which can be used in the cooler months, the other looks over the front terrace and has wonderful sea views.

The dining area is conveniently situated next to the large, modern kitchen and has patio doors leading onto a veranda from where there is access to the pool area. On this floor there is also one twin bedroom and a separate bathroom with bath, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The central staircase leads up to a large gallery area on the first floor. From here, patio doors open out onto an enormous terrace. Furnished with comfortable outdoor sofas, this is a perfect area for sunbathing or relaxing with drinks and enjoying the fantastic views. The first floor accommodates a master double bedroom with a bathroom (with bath) and a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Across the gallery on the same floor is a double bedroom and a twin room as well as a spacious bathroom with bath. Two of the rooms have sea views.

The sunny pool area overlooks Kassiopi and again, has fabulous sea views. There is also a BBQ area and the spacious front terrace has a shaded area for eating al fresco. This beautiful, holiday villa is ideal for large families or large groups of people and all will be easily and comfortably accommodated.
