No caravans, camper vans, vans or commercial vehicles permitted on the site; dinghy park available. A warm and comfy all-year-round base for walking, leisure activities and lovely gardens. We let three houses.

Within the Maenporth Estate, an immaculate, split-level terraced house with private patio (table/chairs) screened by low walls and shrubs which opens to a large, lawned communal garden bordered by woodland. Paved path from parking area to front door. Inside, hall; shower-room (suite with large shower); twin bedroom. Stairs down to comfortable open-plan living room/kitchen (TV/DVD/video, dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, freezer) with French windows to conservatory (table/chairs, sofa, books). More French windows from the conservatory to the patio/communal garden. From the hall, 4 steps up to a landing and pretty double bedroom (TV/DVD); bathroom (suite plus bath-shower, bidet).
