Located in the peaceful Santa Maria Estate valley and only 1 km from Malta's largest beach Mellieha Bay, the villa is within walking distance from the village centre. Consists of large spacious terraces boasting panoramic sea & country views.

Satellite TV, Private telephone line, outside BBQ & dining facilities, free parking. Other amenities include 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, 2 seperate kitchen/dining areas to easily accommodate 12 persons (max of 14 persons with added bedding).

Can be rented as a whole or as 2 seperate apartments - Upper and Lower. Please note prices vary depending on the season and rental duration. Free airport transfers also available with all bookings.
