Holiday apartment in a good residential zone 500 metres from Marsala historical centre and the sea. 4 km from free sandy beaches and Stagnone Reserve with its islands. 30 minutes from Favignana island.

The apartment is new, bright and finely furnished. There is a comfortable double bedroom + small bed, large fully equipped kitchen with double sofa-bed, bathroom, balconies with a sea view, common parking or private garage, bed and bath laundry, TV color, touristic information. Ideal for couple, family and friends. On foot you can go to bars, typical restaurants, museums, archaeological zone and visit all Marsala historical centre with its ancient Churchs and monuments.

By car or by bus you can go to the spectacular Stagnone Reserve and to long sandy beaches. Moreover you can organize daily excursion to Favignana and Egadi island (30 minutes), Mozia island, the medieval city of Erice, the temples of Selinunte and Segesta, Trapani, Palermo, Agrigento.

We have booked the 1 bedroom apartment for two adults & 1 child, although its a 1 bedroom the apartment is very spacious & comfortable. Located in a very good residential area with mins to the old city. If you're renting a car parking is really no problem. We must thank Alessandra for the perfect organisation.

We were 3 people using the 3 person flat - ample space including really nice designed kitchen/bedrooms. Really lovely owners - who provided very good information incl good local restaurants and sights to see. Bikes to rent as well. nice furniture and small terrace (we stayed on the ground floor, otherwise small balcony). Lovely area - very quiet/relaxing, 10 minutes walk out of town - defnitely need a car to get to the local sights (or bike if very fit). Some downsides - no air-con so use fans (only one when we were there), the private 'sandy beach' is not that sandy and has a lot of seaweed, probs better to go on a 10 minute drive to beaches slightly further afield.

Overall, very good holiday flat - nice kitchen if you need a few nights in. Maybe not perfect for teenagers, as there isn't loads to do except the historic centre and beaches.
