Cherished family home in quiet spot at Torrao do Lameiro at end of no through road, surrounded by trees and 20 minutes walk through forest to little-used beach (sea audible) you can more or less treat as your own. At the north of the Ria de Aveiro estuary, there is a small marina with boats to rent, a shop within 1km and many restaurants with seafood the speciality.

Garden mainly lawn, good pool about 15x8m, 3m at deep end, shallow section with steps at other end, ladder halfway along, underwater lights. Covered barbecue area. Attractive house is single storey with living room with open fireplace, satellite TV, CD music system, doors to outside on 2 sides, galley-type kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, gas water heater, gas cooker with oven and gas/electric hob. Wood burner in hall, bathroom, twin bedroom (ideal for children), master twin en suite bathroom, one double bedroom. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Large garage off which shower room/WC for use from garden and pool.

Highly recommended for peaceful, private holiday with beach nearby and much else of interest in this unique part of Portugal.

All main rooms have wall-fitted electric heaters, payable by automatic supplement during low and medium season. Linen (except beach/pool towels) supplied. Maid twice per week and weekly linen change. Preferred arrival Saturday 1600, depart 1000. Other days by arrangement. Minimum booking 3 nights (7 nights July/August).
