In one direction you look directly out to the stunning Venetian castle nestling in the lush green olive tree dotted hillsides, to the other lies the turquoise blue of the sea at the nearby Methoni beach. This highly equipped traditional stone house is perfectly located to enjoy the pleasures of the surrounding countryside and the local quiet beach resort, without having to travel very far at all.

But some of the most beautiful beaches in the southern Peloponnese in Greece are so close by, it would be a shame not to visit - a special favourite is Tapia. A short drive down to the beach and Methoni will provide you with all the Greek hospitality you will ever want, with mouth-watering speciality dishes, your favourite Greek local wine and a glass of Ouzo to wash it all down with.
