Megavissey village was the birthplace to the Pears’ Soap maker, Andrew Pears, until he left for London and the high life, but it is unlikely you will want to leave this special place, a designated ‘Area of Outstanding Beauty’ and full of the sights, sounds and culinary delights one would expect from Cornwall and more.
