Situated on the third floor (with lift) of a small, well maintained, block that has communal areas of marble tiled floors and walls. The accommodation comprises a large living room, with Digital Satellite Television*, which has comfortable furniture, ceiling fan and patio doors leading directly onto a large balcony/terrace with views down the wide road towards the sea and beach. Off this room is the well-equipped kitchen with breakfast area. From an inner hallway you access the large bright double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and two floor-to-ceiling patio-door windows with front aspect, twin bedroom with back aspect, and a fully tiled modern bathroom comprising wash-basin, toilet, bath with shower over. Situated in the heart of Moraira with all the shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby, this is a perfect base to enjoy the delights of this lovely resort without the need for a car. Of course, the wide sandy beach is less than a hundred metres away, at the bottom of the road, where there are lots of beachfront bars and restaurants.
