Entered by a glazed front door into a light central hallway, a door on one side opens to a pretty double bedroom with 5 ft kingsize bed and painted natural stone walls. On the opposite side 3 steps lead up to a bright shower room W.C. with hand basin. At the far end of the hall, a couple of steps lead up to an attractive open plan large living area, with casual comfy seating amidst a nautical themed decor, and a small fitted kitchen with a marvellous hand carved elm dining suite.

From the kitchen a rear door and a few steps lead down to a wonderful little sun terrace with lovely clear views of the harbour and sea, through a gated alleyway between the cottages providing a handy short cut to the harbour front. It is possible to unload outside the property but parking is in the car park 25 yards away.
