No need to fear; Mousehole Cottage doesn’t play home to any squeaky pests; it does however have a remarkable history and is a rare find amongst the fine accommodation available in this quaint village. The fishing village of Mousehole has a heritage dating back to the 13th Century, whilst the cottage itself is believed to have been the residence of the last person to speak Cornish as a sole language.

Today, the property has been fully renovated and is a wonderfully cosy setting in which to enjoy the distinct charms of the village. Old wooden beams set a warm history amongst the interior decor, whilst the exterior lanes offer a breathtaking view of the ocean. A short stroll will take you to local pubs, restaurants and shops; whilst Mousehole remains ideally situated to discover the many attractions the South West has to offer.
